Our Virtual Patient Reference Group (VPRG)

The aim of our group is to develop a dialogue between group members and the practice in order to work together to develop the practice's services to provide the best possible service to patients registered with the Eynsham Medical Group..

To make it possible to fit being an active member of this group into people's busy lives, the group's business will be conducted via email using, primarily, surveys to develop a mutual understanding of the important issues facing both the patients and the practice alike. The results of surveys will be published on this website.

Membership of the VPRG

Membership of the VPRG is open to all patients registered with the practice.  We are keen to get as broad a representation of the practice's patient list demography as possible and are keen therefore to attract members from all age groups; at the moment in particular we would like to recruit members from the 17-24, 35-44 and 84+ year age groups as well as encouraging more men to sign up but we reiterate that recruits from all age groups, and both genders, are very welcome to join.  To sign up for the group is very easy. Please follow the link 'Join our Virtual Patient Reference Group' under 'Further Information' on this website, fill in the simple form and submit it - you will then be added to the group.
